These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PromptsFlow website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

4. Services & Deliverables

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of any engagement will be agreed upon in a separate written proposal or statement of work. These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of PromptsFlow or its licensors and is protected by EU and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or a perpetual licence to the deliverables as specified in the applicable project agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be set out in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under applicable Croatian and EU law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromptsFlow's total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU law.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of an engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or with prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. PromptsFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Croatia.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
